Account Creation

• Distribute copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service, including campaigns, characters, stories, and other creative works. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Third-Party Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe on the rights of others. This includes respecting the intellectual property rights of Wizards of the Coast and other content creators.

Our Content

The Service itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Data Backup

While we implement backup procedures, you are encouraged to maintain your own backups of important campaign data.
